What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect. In that case, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and will send the correct item at no additional cost.
What if my item is no longer in stock for an exchange?
If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for the item instead.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Yes, items purchased on sale can be returned. However, refunds will be issued for the sale price of the item, not the original price.
What if I received a gift and want to return it?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will issue a gift card for the value of the item(s) returned.
